Combined shipping is available if items are purchased at the same time and sometimes within 24 hours of each other. Shipping refunds will be made on any payment over $1 of actual shipping cost. All items will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase.
Shipping to Canada is available but other International shipping is not available at this time. My apologies.
